Kindergarten is a fun time. It’s the year you learn your ABC’s and 123’s, how to share with others, how to get along with your friends and definitely not to take anything that doesn’t belong to you! Whew! That’s a lot for a 5 year old!

Some are very chatty, adventurous, and have imaginations that run wild! That’s who Junie B. Jones is and she has arrived at The Dallas Children’s Theater in the production, JUNIE B JONES IS NOT A CROOK.

Junie B. receives a pair of black furry mittens from her grandfather, but one day during recess, someone steals them!! How dare they? Junie B. is devastated! While on the prowl to find her mittens, she finds a cool pen and is now faced with the tough choice of whether to turn them in to lost and found or keep them because as we know, finders keepers losers weepers! Or is it?

In the midst of it all, Jumie B. is doing everything she can to impress Warren, the new boy at school. Yes mothers, kindergartners have crushes! Unfortunately, Warren thinks she’s a nut, but ultimately teaches Junie B. the importance of being herself!

I guess it’s true, everything we need to know, we really learned in kindergarten!

JUNIE B. JONES IS NOT A CROOK runs until February 26, 2017! For tickets, visit http://www.dct.org.
